In this week’s Torah reading, Ross teaches on the Nazir - also known as the Nazarite. He shows that this vow was a way for people to dedicate themselves to “hyper-holiness”.

A Nazarite was one that separated themselves and lived according to a life of torah observance above and beyond what was required.

The term is often confused with Nazareth and so Ross shows the difference between the terms.

One could be a Nazarite for life for a defined period of time.  Even Paul apparently participated in a Nazarite vow.

You will not want to miss this week’s lesson.
