Tazriah / Metzora - Leviticus 12:1-15:33
The class this week is called “Faith in a Fringe”.
You will not want to miss the teaching. The torah this week covers leprosy, fungus in the home as well as bodily discharges - subjects that many would dismiss as lacking spiritual value, but we know that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God….etc (2 Tim 3:15).
In Mark 5:25-34 a woman with an issue of blood seeks healing from Jesus in an interesting story. The gospel writers record that she had faith that if she could only touch the fringe on his garment she would be healed. Where did she get this idea? She opened the door for many others that would follow (Mark 6:53-56).
What is so special about a fringe? Jesus was not the only one to wear such a fringe. Listen to this week’s lesson to learn more.
Shalom and enjoy the class this week. Ross
